to lead all corporate social media initiatives for Guardian Recovery. This role will drive admissions through strategic B2C campaigns while developing a robust B2B LinkedIn presence that connects us with key referral partners. Key Responsibilities B2C Consumer Marketing
Develop and execute social media strategies that drive local awareness and admissions across all Guardian Recovery facilities nationwide
Create, produce, and orchestrate multi‑channel content campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Optimize all content for social media SEO and platform visibility algorithms
Capture, edit, and produce engaging video and graphic content (while coordinating with in‑house design and video teams when needed)
Drive measurable admissions inquiries through targeted social campaigns
B2B Professional Marketing
Build and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy targeting key referral sources
Create targeted campaigns for therapists, counselors, union representatives, hospital discharge coordinators, ER staff, and other high‑value professional groups
Develop thought leadership content that positions Guardian Recovery as an industry leader
Generate qualified B2B leads and foster referral partnerships through social selling
Strategic Management
Own Guardian Recovery's entire corporate social media presence and brand voice
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices
Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize for ROI
Collaborate with business development team to align B2B social strategy with partnership goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional social media management experience
Proven track record of driving measurable business results (leads, conversions, revenue) through social media
Expert‑level knowledge of LinkedIn B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
Strong content creation skills: video editing, graphic design, copywriting
Experience with social media analytics platforms and ROI measurement
Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance (HIPAA familiarity a plus)
Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating with creative teams
Experience managing multi‑location brands preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, CapCut, or similar
Analytics tools (native platform analytics, Google Analytics, social listening tools)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation tools
SEO and hashtag research tools
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment marketing
Track record of growing organic social media followings to 50K+
Experience with paid social advertising and budget management
Content that has gone viral or achieved significant organic reach
Understanding of the substance use disorder and mental health treatment landscape
