Kforce has a client that is seeking an Associate UX Designer in Acton, MA. Summary: The client is looking for an Associate UX Designer eager to grow and contribute to impactful mobile and cross‑platform digital experiences. You will support senior designers and cross‑functional teams through the full UX process—from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery—while learning best practices in accessibility, usability, and responsive design.
Responsibilities
Contribute to user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Collaborate with designers, researchers, writers, and engineers to translate requirements into thoughtful solutions
Participate in user research and apply insights to improve designs
Support accessibility and usability standards
Help maintain the design system and document design decisions
Use tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence to share work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, or related field
0‑3 years of UX or product design experience (internships welcome)
Familiarity with design tools and user research methods
Portfolio showing design thinking and user focus
Interest in designing for web and mobile; experience in regulated industries is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
