Digital Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities
Increase brand awareness and boost the online presence of World Concern’s ministry through consistent, compelling digital content and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with WC marketing team members and leadership to develop digital content strategies.
Oversee strategy and execution of paid & organic digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and PPC for World Concern, collaborating with outside consultants and agencies where those relationships exist.
Systematically test and evaluate campaign effectiveness, regularly report to WC marketing leadership on performance, and modify based on results.
Support digital elements of current multichannel donor campaigns, including web/donation page content for monthly direct mail appeals and newsletters, radio fundraising campaigns, and email newsletter campaigns.
Ensure all campaigns involve an email strategy and work with content strategists to create or oversee creation of copy, design, delivery, and reporting.
Manage digital asset management system (Pics.io), ensuring World Concern’s digital assets are cataloged, tagged, organized, and archived to enable teams across the ministry to utilize stories, images, and video content for ministry promotion and growth.
Work with Director of Web Design and Development to maintain, update, and revise content on World Concern’s websites to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, and customers.

Demonstrates values of a CRISTA leader.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field from accredited institution; relevant work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
Experience:
Three years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or related skills.
One year of experience using Google Analytics.
Three years of experience with email marketing.
Expertise in leveraging social media for visibility.
Experience in nonprofit fundraising or marketing a plus.
Software / Equipment Knowledge:
MS Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or other design software.
HubSpot or similar email software.
Able to learn web editing software and Salesforce (donor database).
Other Considerations:

Able to handle multiple, concurrent projects.
Excellent communication skills and clear understanding of superior customer service.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field from accredited institution.
Experience:
Three years of experience in fundraising, advertising, or marketing agency experience.
Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising, donor acquisition, and campaign optimization.

An eye for digital content that produces results.
