About The Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and coding webpages and email marketing assets for our automotive dealership clients. You’ll bring a strong eye for design and solid front‑end development skills to help create engaging, responsive digital experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in HTML and CSS, has a strong background in graphic design, and is comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. This role requires the ability to both design and build – transforming ideas and creative direction into clean, compliant, and functional web assets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in web development
Minimum 1 year experience in graphic design
Proficient in HTML and CSS with a strong understanding of responsive design
Solid graphic design background with experience creating assets for web and email
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of best practices for usability and accessibility
Ability to work across multiple projects and platforms while meeting deadlines
A degree in graphic design or digital media is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
Design responsive web and email layouts, including banners, buttons, icons, and other visual elements
Code web pages and email marketing pieces using HTML and CSS
Work across various CSS frameworks and CMS platforms to maintain consistency and performance
Ensure all designs meet brand, compliance, and co‑op guidelines
Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, paid search specialists, and account managers
Ensure all assets render properly and scale across devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile)
Maintain a consistent and high‑quality visual standard across client projects

The First 90 Days
In your first 90 days, you’ll be supported as you ramp up and gain a strong understanding of our standards, systems, and collaborative workflow.
Get familiar with our company’s design and development standards, client expectations, and how your role fits into the broader team.
Learn how work flows through our team — from intake to execution — and become comfortable with the tools, software, and systems we use to stay organized and deliver high‑quality work.
Shadow current design and development team members to understand the day‑to‑day responsibilities and expectations of the role.
Gain a solid understanding of brand guidelines, co‑op requirements, and compliance standards — and how they influence the design and functionality of our client deliverables.
By the end of your first 90 days, you’ll be ready to take ownership of your projects and confidently contribute to the creation of high‑quality, compliant web and email designs across multiple client accounts.
Compensation And Benefits
Your final compensation will be determined by your experience level and skillset
Compensation is reviewed every 6 months
