Job Summary Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support our upcoming company rebrand. This role will be responsible for updating all existing marketing materials to align with our new brand identity, creating new branded templates, and ensuring consistent execution across all designs and marketing materials.
This role will also be responsible for traffic‑managing all designed materials, coordinating workflow, and securing necessary approvals to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Responsibilities
Improve and maintain brand integrity through every design project and visual touchpoint with our Brand.
Play a key role in maintaining brand integrity and driving a smooth, cohesive rollout of our refreshed visual identity.
Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing programs and strategies to support business line goals.
Responsible for marketing, advertising, promotions, sales collateral and point‑of‑sale materials.
Deliver measurable, customer‑centric, multi‑channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement.
Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment.
Work with agencies and cross‑functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.
Work with leadership teams to coordinate, develop and execute marketing events such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, local events, etc. to achieve business line goals.
Provide solutions and problem‑solve for business line objectives.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Lead projects and provide marketing that is data‑driven, customer‑centric, and relevant.
Complete projects on target, on time, and on budget.
Take action based on information provided by leadership team and research data.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and team‑building skills.
Well‑developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
Proficient in computer navigation using a variety of software packages.
