Job Summary Responsible for improving customer service, developing and implementing new promotions and maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Market and recruit new guests and other customers to property.
Monitor visitation and play of VIP guests and walk the Slot floor regularly to provide customer service and assistance.
Respond to guest’s requests, questions or concerns promptly and attentively with detailed precision.
Prepare for guests visits and follow-up throughout and after departure, maintaining contact to ensure return visits.
Tele-market various player lists for contacting, attracting and information gathering purposes.
Attend special events and promotions to build guest rapport and create recognition amongst guests.
Determine player eligibility of complimentary services by analyzing player accounts while maintaining management reinvestment guidelines.
Maintain current, accurate player account information in Oasis to ensure database integrity and privacy.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities Must be 21 years or older. Must be able to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission.
Education and Experience 1-2 years of experience. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regards to the implementation of current duties. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Work involves lifting, walking, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, climbing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Office/Casino environment; subject to outdoor temperature; exposed to smoke, bright lights and noise at times. The work environment consists of very non-demanding surroundings with a low noise level. Occasionally work in extreme heat or cold conditions.
