Join Sports Warehouse, Inc. as a Web Content Editor in our San Luis Obispo, CA office. This full‑time position (40 hours, Monday‑Friday) requires physical presence at the office.

Job Summary Craft accurate, engaging product descriptions and digital content that reflects brand expertise and enhances the customer experience across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Write original product descriptions that clearly communicate key features and benefits.
Research and document technical product details, ensuring consistency.
Create and edit engaging website articles and other web content.
Support website merchandising: organize products, update images, and maintain listings.
Coordinate and source images and graphics for the website and digital channels.
Edit content and provide constructive feedback on visual assets.
Work with Asana and Microsoft Teams to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
Support development and maintenance of online tools for customer engagement.
Oversee publishing of customer reviews, manage giveaways, and handle product samples.
Assist in video production and social media strategy execution.
Contribute to content strategy development and provide performance feedback.
Develop product knowledge through vendor meetings and training sessions.
Test products and provide detailed feedback via the company website or videos.

Strong grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.

Work Environment & Physical Demands Fast‑paced office environment using computers, tablets, and phones. This role may involve on‑camera assignments, off‑site product testing, and occasional travel by vehicle.
Handling objects, typing, using tablets or phones.
Clear communication, observation of details.
Extended static or moderate movement within the building.
Standing, using hands, occasional stooping or bending.
Lifting up to 50 pounds with proper technique.
Testing running equipment on varied surfaces.
