Primary Role & Responsibilities
Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation at all phases from Pre‑Design to Construction Administration and Certification.
Produce construction documents and produce and comprehend architectural redlines and revisions.
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope and budget.
Coordinate design with consultants and the architectural team.
Delegate and oversee work of Design Professional I and/or II on the team.
Communicate clearly with the architectural team, consultants, and clients.
Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s of Architecture required.
Five (5+) years of experience on education projects, preferably K‑12.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Acrobat, and MS Office; must obtain Autodesk Revit Professional Certification within 90 days.
Experience with DSA submission/approval processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player committed to ongoing professional development.
Detail oriented, highly motivated, positive attitude, proactive problem solver.
