Job Title Sales & Design Consultant (Full‑time)
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, developers, and private clients.
Guide clients through the design and specification process for kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture, from initial inquiry to final order.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the design community.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with internal design, operations, and production teams.
Manage projects through the full sales cycle, including follow‑ups, timelines, and coordination.
Maintain a polished showroom presence and contribute to an elevated client experience.
Participate in industry events, showroom activations, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high‑end sales, showroom consulting, or design‑related roles.
Strong understanding of luxury interiors, materials, and the design process.
Experience working with interior designers and architects is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems, proposals, and basic design documentation (AutoCAD or similar a plus, but not required).
Professional, polished, and client‑facing demeanor.
