What You’ll Do
Own and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts.
Develop and execute content strategies and tactics that grow followers, boost engagement, and drive leads/sales.
Write punchy captions, brainstorm trends, and oversee content from concept to publish.
Attend onsite shoots to direct, capture, and collaborate on engaging Reels, stories, and static content, and possibly be in front of the camera.
Communicate directly with clients to align on goals, creative direction, and deliverables.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns in real-time.
Use tools like CapCut, Canva, and AI (like ChatGPT) to streamline your workflow and amplify creativity.
Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve.
Build and nurture online communities with genuine engagement and social listening.
This Role Is Perfect for You If…
You have 1+ year of social media marketing experience, preferably managing multiple accounts.
You’re an organized multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
You’re comfortable being in front of camera.
You can ideate, write, direct, and edit content with a clear creative vision.
You’re confident talking to clients and leading creative conversations.
You’re obsessed with creating content that looks great and performs.
You’ve got an eye for detail and a heart for storytelling.
You’re familiar with Reels, TikTok, trends, and platform nuances.
Bonus: You use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to enhance your creative process.
Must-Haves
College education preferred, but if you have these experiences please apply:
Proven experience managing brand social accounts.
Excellent writing skills for engaging captions.

Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office per week (in The Heights or on location for shoots).
Occasional weekend content days may be required (with notice).
