Position Overview Chicago Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology is seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Junior Graphic Designer
to support our growing marketing team. This role will work closely with our
Digital Marketing & Content Specialist
to bring creative concepts to life visually across three distinct but connected brands:
Chicago Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology ,
Skin Science , and
The Skin Spa .
The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, a refined aesthetic, and the ability to execute polished visuals that align with brand standards in the medical aesthetics space. This role is hands‑on and execution-focused, with opportunities to contribute creatively across digital, social, and marketing channels.
A
digital portfolio submission is required
for consideration.
How You Will Make An Impact
Translate marketing concepts and brand strategies into high‑quality visual assets across all three brands
Design, develop, and edit graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email, websites, and internal materials
Support brand consistency while adapting creative assets to fit different brand identities and audiences
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to meet campaign goals and deadlines
Elevate the visual presence of our practices by producing clean, modern, and patient‑focused design work
Assist with photography and video editing to support content creation and promotional initiatives
Performance Requirements
Create and edit visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Premiere Pro or similar (a plus)
Execute strong design layouts with attention to typography, color, spacing, and composition
Edit and optimize photography and video content for digital use
Maintain organized design files and adhere to established brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards
Communicate effectively with marketing team members and incorporate feedback efficiently
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Required Experience
1–2 years minimum of experience as a graphic designer, either independently, in‑house, or within an agency setting
Intermediate proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite
Canva
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to present a digital portfolio demonstrating design skills, layout, and visual storytelling
Preferred Experience
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or wellness environments
Familiarity with designing for multiple brands within a shared organization
Experience supporting marketing or content teams
Exposure to or experience working within a Managed Services Organization (MSO)
Basic knowledge of social media content formatting and digital marketing design best practices
ADA Specifications
Requires ability to speak audibly and listen actively.
Requires ability to use computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
Requires ability to sit for extended periods of time.
May require occasional bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
May require periodic travel.
