POSITION SUMMARY Magnuson Group is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, enhance customer experience, and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing team. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy of product data and digital assets, while driving the development of innovative online tools and resources. You’ll create compelling content, manage email and social media campaigns, and play a key role in new product launches. Leading a team, you’ll oversee projects, collaborate with internal and external partners, and bring fresh ideas to elevate visibility and engagement. This position also works closely with sales representatives and customers to simplify specification and ordering processes—ultimately boosting satisfaction and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and collaborate with the sales and marketing team, as well as external partners, to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.

Serve as a project manager for all sales and marketing activities, providing guidance, support, and regular check-ins to keep projects on track and ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.

Coordinate resources and prioritize initiatives to align with business goals.

Ensure accuracy and consistency for MG product data across price lists, literature, website tools and third party platforms.

Oversee the creation of high-quality product content, including product renderings, brochures, website content and marketing collateral.

Oversee and contribute to email marketing campaigns and social media initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Maintain and update MG’s Configura CET Extension: compiling content for new products, implementing enhancements, and managing all updates and ongoing maintenance.

Thoroughly review deliverables prior to distribution to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand standards.

Support new product introductions with strategic marketing deliverables.

Work directly with independent sales representatives and customers on ad hoc requests and new tools to simplify the buying process and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead the development of new digital tools and resources to enhance customer experience and streamline product specification and ordering.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the commercial furniture industry in manufacturing, furniture dealer or architecture and design.

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.

Proven experience working with and managing product data.

Experience managing a team with strong project management and team leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and work on various projects simultaneously.

Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions with outside customers, vendors, and employees.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and proactively seek guidance when needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, fostering teamwork and alignment.

Works for continual personal and professional improvement.

Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, on-time work with consistency.

Strong graphic design sense with an artistic eye for visual presentation.

Experience with digital marketing platforms, website management, and product configuration tools (e.g., Configura CET).

Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP software (Acumatica preferred), and an openness to learning new software programs.

Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience encouraged.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation

80k to 92k Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities based on company performance.
