Job Overview A Designer at Colle McVoy is responsible for creating and executing effective, innovative ideas across all mediums, including integrated brand identity elements and retail experiences. The role involves ideation, concepts, and layout design, and demands collaboration across departments and strong internal relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop concepts and collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to produce standout work
Assist with monitoring all assigned projects and follow through on all phases of production
Present work to internal teams and clients
Push past good ideas to discover great ones
Possess a solid foundation of design and typographic skills, applicable to an indie band poster or a corporate annual report
Present ideas clearly and with conviction to sell them internally and externally
Required Skills
Strong design skills, including understanding of printing processes, photography, illustration, and typography
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Highly organized and proactive in managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Experience with SketchUp or desire to learn
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or ad school credentials or equivalent industry experience
Two or more years of agency or relevant experience
Ability to travel as needed
Base salary ranges from $52,000 to $70,000, determined by experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness options, agency perks, and a hybrid work environment.
