Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber VP of Digital Marketing to lead our Market Intelligence function. The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and business acumen to drive data‑driven decisions and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Market Intelligence
Lead the development of market intelligence frameworks to monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
Deliver executive‑level insights that shape go‑to‑market strategies, product innovation, and brand positioning.
Track macroeconomic, regulatory, and technological developments that impact the business landscape.
Executive Decision Support
Provide data‑driven support for strategic planning, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and investment prioritization.
Translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualizations for senior leadership and board‑level presentations.
Collaborate with Business Unit Finance, Technology, and Product teams to align marketing insights with enterprise goals.
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and Business Unit Presidents.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives that integrate market intelligence into product, sales, and customer experience strategies.
Manage external research vendors and data partners to ensure high‑quality, timely insights.
Qualifications
Proven experience in global marketing leadership roles (10+ years preferred).
Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive cross‑functional alignment.
Prior experience at a Big‑4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA is required.
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or strategy consulting.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, analytics platforms, and statistical tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journey analytics, and performance measurement.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to work across cultures and manage international teams.
