Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Marketing We are looking for a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategies and drive client acquisition for our ed‑tech platform.

Role Overview

Execute end‑to‑end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

Test and evaluate new growth channels and tactics to expand reach.

Optimize campaign performance by audience, creative, and budget allocation to improve ROAS.

Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategy.

Use SQL and/or Python for deeper analysis and forecasting (preferred).

Collaborate with data team on attribution modeling and channel evaluation.

Partner cross‑functional teams (product, sales, CRO) to share insights and drive ROI.

Mentor junior team members as the marketing team grows.

Qualifications

4–5+ years of performance marketing experience with measurable results.

Strong expertise in paid search and paid social across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Hands‑on experience managing campaigns and optimizing ROAS.

Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions tied to CAC and ROAS goals.

Proficiency in marketing automation, web analytics, and attribution tools.

Basic SQL/Python knowledge is a bonus.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Hybrid work model: in‑person in NYC office 4 days a week.
