About The Role We’re looking for an Associate Performance Marketing Manager to help build and scale new customer acquisition channels. This role will focus on emerging and non-traditional performance channels — including CTV, linear DRTV, direct mail, employee perks, and partnership distribution channels — supported by agencies and internal subject matter experts. If you’re a hands‑on, analytical marketer who loves testing new ideas, optimizing performance, and building programs from the ground up, this role is for you.
Location
This role is based in our New York City office in the Financial District on a hybrid schedule ( 2–3 days in office per week preferred ), giving you the opportunity to collaborate face‑to‑face with our growth, creative, and technology teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across emerging channels including CTV, DRTV, direct mail, and partner distribution platforms.
Support testing into new distribution channels (affinity partners, platforms, and category partnerships).
Manage agencies, vendors and partners for channel execution, media buying, targeting, and reporting.
Track and optimize performance, efficiency, and incrementality. Conduct regular performance analysis across media channels, leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Partner with creative to develop and optimize direct-response focused messaging and assets.
Own weekly pacing, forecasting, and budget optimization across assigned channels.
Generate insights, test ideas, and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, Brand, and Tech teams.
Oversee the compliance process for your channels, ensuring all assets meet regulatory standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to hit target dates, including creating detailed timelines to manage your workflow. Consistently keep the team informed on the status of projects and campaign performance.
Oversee and track spending accurately, managing media payments, including the timely processing of invoices and financial reports.
Maintain a flexible approach to respond to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
Required
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, digital media buying, or direct-response marketing.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance measurement tools.
Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Must be comfortable with numbers and performance analysis.
Experience launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns (any channel: search, social, programmatic, TV, direct mail, email, etc.).
Test-and-learn mindset; ability to structure experiments and interpret results.
Comfortable managing agencies/vendors and working cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude, with a desire to get things done and make an impact. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
Nice to Have (not required)
Experience with direct response channels: DRTV, CTV, radio, direct mail, or print.
Experience with employee-perk or benefit-distribution platforms (BenefitHub, PerkSpot, NextJump, etc.)
Experience in insurance, subscription, or multi-channel DR organizations.
Experience integrating offline campaign data with digital attribution.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is
$100,000 - $110,000
on a full-time basis.
Along with base salary, your position may qualify for additional bonuses.
This position is eligible for the Company’s bonus plan(s).
