Who You Are You’re a strategic storyteller who understands how to use social media as a business engine, not just a posting platform. You bring a professional, data-informed approach to brand-building and know how to translate social strategy into real business outcomes — especially in a B2B environment. You’re energized by the world of private aviation or luxury service, with the ability to communicate the sophistication, precision, and high-touch experience that defines our industry. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and know how to balance creativity with analytics, innovation with structure, and proactive engagement with brand protection.
What You’ll Do
Own social media monitoring and engagement across platforms — be the voice of Hop-A-Jet online.
Create and execute integrated social content strategies aligned with our brand, sales goals, and audience insights.
Develop and manage monthly content calendars across multiple events and brand initiatives — including social, email, blog, and press releases — ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.
Track competitor activity and audience trends to inform content plans and identify opportunities for leadership.
Lead ideation and delivery of social campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) and external partners (PR, content creators, agencies) to produce best-in-class work.
Build and maintain performance dashboards; provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.Present findings, trends, and strategic suggestions to the executive team.
Establish community engagement guidelines that protect and elevate our brand reputation.
Identify opportunities for proactive engagement that strengthen loyalty and affinity.
Support crisis communication efforts with timely, thoughtful responses that reflect our brand values.
What You Bring
2-4+ years of hands‑on social media experience — travel, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred.
A portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns, content strategy, reporting examples, and any B2B‑focused work you’ve led.
Demonstrated success developing and executing social campaigns that delivered measurable business impact.
Deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms, community best practices, and emerging trends.
Proficiency with analytics tools and a strong grasp of AI‑enhanced content and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and initiatives without dropping the ball.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible schedule to support real‑time engagement, events, and crisis responsiveness.
