PVH is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to support marketing communications activities across the Americas and Australia, working closely with our global marketing team. for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry! Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with the global marketing strategy. Lead the organization and execution of regional events — including trade shows, industry conferences, and private corporate events — ensuring brand consistency, high-quality delivery, and measurable impact. Develop localized marketing content and support the Global Communications team in the creation of press releases, social media posts, digital campaigns, and other corporate materials. Collaborate with Sales teams across the Americas and Australia to strengthen commercial goals through content creation, events, and brand visibility. Manage the development of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, case studies, digital content) ensuring alignment with PVH brand guidelines. Oversee digital marketing and social media activities to enhance regional visibility and engagement. Track and report KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets. Work collaboratively across multiple time zones (Europe, Americas, Australia) to ensure smooth communication and alignment between regional and global teams. Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within an international and/or industrial B2B environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the renewable energy or solar sector (required). Proven experience organizing and executing external and internal corporate events. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging to local markets, languages, and cultural nuances. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Spanish is a strong plus). Analytical mindset and ability to report on campaign performance. Experience coordinating suppliers, designers, and media partners. Collaborate closely with the U.S. Sales Department, Global Marketing team, and Global Product team. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as agencies and suppliers. Our Values:
