Seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Radio Frequency Analyst to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This is a full time position with 5 days onsite.
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ in-scope Polygraph.
Responsibilities
Conduct real-time and historical spectrum analysis using various tools and techniques. Identify and classify RF signals based on modulation schemes, protocols, and other characteristics.
Analyze wireless communication protocols such as Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular, and other emerging technologies. Identify vulnerabilities in wireless protocols and devices.
Conduct vulnerability assessments of RF‑enabled devices and systems. Assist with the implementation of techniques for exploiting RF vulnerabilities. Collaborate with team members to integrate RF‑related vulnerabilities into cyber operation plans.
Prepare clear, concise, and accurate technical reports documenting findings, analyses, and recommendations. Maintain detailed records of RF spectrum activity, signal identifications, and vulnerabilities.
Advise the government regarding compliance with all applicable regulations and policies related to RF spectrum usage. Maintain awareness of legal and ethical considerations related to RF‑related cyber operations.
Enhance the team’s situational awareness within the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS). Identify and analyze potential RF vulnerabilities. Recommend and assist with the implementation of RF‑related cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Support deployment of specialized RF tools and capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
Demonstrated experience with RF signals, techniques and/or technologies.
7+ years of experience in a technical analysis or engineering role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with the US Navy or US Cyber Command.
Demonstrated experience with countermeasures including RF Decoys and/or Active Jamming Technologies.
A Master’s degree in STEM.
Clearance Requirements
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ in‑scope Polygraph.
Physical Requirements
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
