What You’ll Do
Independently manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
Implement campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
Stay current with trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies; proactively roll out new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Explore, evaluate, and implement AI‑powered tools and strategies for automation, optimization, and efficiency.
Conduct audits of existing accounts, provide actionable recommendations, and contribute to overall paid media strategy.
Generate insightful reports, communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Act as a paid media subject‑matter expert on sales calls and client engagements.
Lead a high‑performing paid media team, delivering strategic plans and mentoring growth.
Support department processes, coaching, and training sessions.
Assist with paid media sales opportunities and audits.
Primary KPIs
Client KPIs: Revenue, ROAS, CPL, new customer acquisition.
Adoption and impact of new technologies, including AI.
Strategic contributions and recommendations based on data and trends.
Client retention and satisfaction.
Team management and coaching effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of hands‑on paid media experience across major platforms; bonus for Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, X, Amazon ads.
Proven track record of managing medium to large budgets and delivering ROI.
Deep knowledge of paid media best practices, platform features, and optimization techniques.
Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation and actionable insights.
Experience designing and executing A/B testing strategies.
Curiosity about new technologies, including AI‑powered solutions.
Excellent organizational and multi‑project management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinking that links tactical execution to broader marketing objectives.
Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting tools.
