The Ghirardelli Marketing Coordinator will be a key support function for the Marketing department, developing and maintaining team resources, performing administrative duties, and planning events and meetings. The Marketing Coordinator will work cohesively and collaboratively across the marketing, sales, and administration teams.
Scope of Responsibilities
Complete assigned tasks to a high standard, within budget, and within the agreed timeframe
Admin & Executive Support
Complete administrative tasks for Marketing VP, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting.
Facilitate information flow by serving as a liaison between VP, directors, and cross‑functional teams.
Foster clarity of communication and information sharing among department.
Donation management.
Coupon set‑up and coordination.
Management and fulfillment of sample requests for marketing activations, production, and team events.
Create and manage purchase orders and code invoices as necessary to support projects (knowledge based, small part of role).
Event & Meeting Coordination
Lead, manage logistics and execute the Total Marketing Event calendar, including Offsites, Trainings, and marketing volunteer events, etc.
Champion and support total community engagement events (SuitUp, Neighborhood Giving, etc.).
Coordinate requests from International Marketing to support International Meetings (GDP/MPD, BOD, CEO Meetings).

Coupon set‑up / management process with Inmar (coupon set‑up, coding for billing, etc.)
Specific Knowledge & Skills Minimum Education & Experience Required
College degree (BA or BS) preferred
1–2 years experience coordinating marketing projects
Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking, and interpersonal skills required
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in event planning preferred
Physical, Mental, & Environmental
Required 3 days per week in office
Required to regularly sit
Must be able to work seated or standing for at least 8 hours
Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time paying close attention to detail
Works in a normal office environment
Required to travel up to 10% of the time
Salary Range $40 - $40 / hour
