Integrated Marketing Manager
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

The Opportunity: The Integrated Marketing Manager will drive demand generation, elevate leadership and brand presence, and strengthen employee engagement. This role bridges external pipeline growth with internal connectivity, combining inbound lead management, executive branding, high‑impact content, and social‑media engagement to fuel growth and unify our voice across the marketplace and organization.
This role is
brand and leadership‑focused , with a strong emphasis on executive and company social media presence (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube). The priority is building
credible, consistent brand visibility . The ideal candidate brings a
blend of online and offline branding experience
(digital, events, partnerships). You'll be joining a
collaborative marketing team , where each member contributes a niche strength and works closely together.
Responsibilities
Build and optimize email campaigns to nurture inbound leads
Manage syndication programs and own content strategy across funnel stages
Align with sales to develop targeted vertical playbooks
Oversee HubSpot/CRM automation, reporting, and MQL–SQL workflow
Deliver insights on campaign ROI and lead performance
Develop demand‑generating social strategies for LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
Guide thought leadership and create high‑impact content (newsletters, videos, executive posts)
Manage influencer outreach and corporate/executive profiles
Lead online reputation management and social listening initiatives
Build onboarding, training, and town hall communications to drive engagement and knowledge sharing
Create cross‑department collateral (one‑pagers, guides, FAQs) and provide email support as needed
Advise executive leadership on personal brand building
Ensure unified brand voice across marketing, HR, and creative teams
Who You Are
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Highly effective in facilitating communication and collaboration across all levels to ensure alignment and support
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse, multi‑cultural backgrounds, fostering an inclusive team environment
Proficiency with MS Office
Proven success in email marketing, inbound lead nurturing, and content syndication for B2B growth
Expertise across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta for demand generation and brand building
Skilled in HubSpot, CRM operations, campaign analytics, and reporting dashboards
Ability to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling messaging and creative execution
Experience balancing external demand‑gen goals with internal communications excellence
Strong communicator, project manager, and trusted advisor to executive leadership
