Job Summary Join a dynamic growth marketing team that sits at the critical intersection of marketing and product, focused on driving customer conversion and engagement for a leading music streaming platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, lower funnel marketing initiatives that directly influence customer acquisition and app downloads. You will be instrumental in integrating music offerings into broader product ecosystems and creating strategic marketing placements that convert users into active listeners. Working in a heads‑down, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to execute sophisticated marketing programs that leverage data‑driven insights to optimize performance. This position requires someone who thrives on autonomy, can proactively drive roadmaps forward, and excels at translating analytical findings into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Build and execute cross‑functional marketing programs that drive conversion from consideration to active music streaming users.
Integrate music offerings into prime product experiences and identify strategic marketing placement opportunities.
Drive listener conversion by creating compelling pathways from existing product ecosystems into the music platform.
Collaborate with product teams to optimize the customer journey and remove friction points in the conversion funnel.
Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.
Develop and maintain marketing roadmaps that align with broader business objectives.
Influence and coordinate with multiple marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
Generate actionable insights from campaign results and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Manage end‑to‑end program execution with meticulous attention to detail across business and technical requirements.
Work autonomously to identify growth opportunities and proactively drive initiatives forward.
Skills
Professional non‑internship marketing experience with a focus on growth and conversion.
Expertise in building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
Strong analytical capabilities using data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Proficiency with data manipulation tools including pivot tables, charts, and macros.
Experience with audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
Exceptional attention to detail across both business and technical domains.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from conception to completion.
Proactive approach to roadmap development and strategic planning.
Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
Capability to generate insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
Experience presenting ideas and gaining buy‑in from various organizational levels.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
Experience
4 to 6 years of professional marketing experience.
2 to 4 years of digital product marketing experience.
2 to 4 years of product marketing experience.
Background with established technology companies such as Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta, or Apple is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Additional Details
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non‑Exempt
