This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing campaigns through our marketing automation platform. You will translate business objectives into effective digital campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, flawless execution, and timely reporting on performance.

You will support both marketing and sales teams by designing workflows, managing email journeys, ensuring audience accuracy, and providing performance analysis. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and brings both technical expertise and strategic insight to campaign execution.

Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that engage prospects and clients throughout the customer journey. Leveraging our marketing automation platform, you will manage end‑to‑end campaign execution—from building workflows and email journeys to ensuring accurate audience targeting, reporting, and performance analysis.

You will partner closely with marketing and sales teams to translate business objectives into measurable campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will ensure best practices for data management, governance, and compliance within the marketing automation platform.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical skill with marketing automation systems, and the capacity to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage marketing automation campaigns, including email, nurture programs, and triggered workflows.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to understand objectives and translate them into automated campaign strategies.

Ensure accurate audience segmentation, testing, and quality assurance before campaign deployment.

Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Continuously optimize campaigns for improved engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Maintain best practices for data management, campaign governance, and compliance within the platform.

Job Functions

Campaign Execution: Build, test, and launch digital campaigns, nurture flows, and triggered communications.

Audience Management: Ensure accurate segmentation, data hygiene, and QA throughout the process.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign results, surfacing insights to improve performance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align automation workflows with business goals.

Platform Governance: Maintain compliance, data best practices, and operational consistency across the automation environment.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and digital campaign best practices.

Ability to analyze campaign results and present insights in a clear, actionable format.

Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.

Collaborative team player who can partner effectively across departments.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).

Experience designing, executing, and analyzing digital campaigns across the customer journey.
