Marketing Specialist – Campaigns & Field Marketing We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in campaign management and field marketing. The ideal candidate will lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns, support field marketing initiatives, and drive brand visibility through events and targeted programs.
Key Responsibilities Campaign & Marketing Execution
Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Lead campaign planning, execution, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to optimize campaign strategy.
Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Leadership.
Field Marketing & Events
Plan and execute field marketing programs, corporate events, trade shows, conferences, product launches, and client meetups.
Own event strategy, branding, promotion, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
Work closely with Sales teams to support regional and field marketing needs.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event performance reporting.
Brand & Communications
Ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns, digital channels, and events.
Lead content development for campaign assets, event promotions, and field initiatives.
Support PR activities, partner marketing, and external communications as needed.
Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and web platforms.
Use digital tools to promote events, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Analyze digital performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs for campaigns and field marketing programs.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.
Use analytics tools to measure effectiveness and improve marketing outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and event partners.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on campaigns and field marketing.
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and events.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and performance analytics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
