Job Title : Project Design Coordinator

Location : Scottsdale, AZ

Salary Range : $65,000-$80,000 / Annually

Benefits : PTO, Health Benefits, 401K after a year of employment

As an Project Design Coordinator , you'll support the design team in creating exceptional, forward-thinking spaces that push boundaries while maintaining timeless appeal. From drafting and 3D modeling to sourcing materials and assisting with client presentations, you’ll be an essential part of a team that values creativity, precision, and excellence.

Job Description : Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Interior Designer Assistant with hands-on experience in CAD, 3D modeling, architectural drafting, and design documentation. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design, excellent technical skills, and thrives in high-energy, high-standard environments.

Qualifications :

Experience with CAD software, 3D modeling programs (SketchUp), and architectural drafting

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience

Strong understanding of residential construction and interior detailing

Portfolio that demonstrates creativity and technical drafting abilities

Highly organized with strong communication and project support skills

Ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, and project managers

Responsibilities :

Assist lead designers in drafting floor plans, elevations, and design documentation

Create accurate and visually compelling 3D models and renderings

Source materials, finishes, and furnishings for client presentations

Maintain detailed records of design specifications and revisions

Help prepare and organize design boards, mood boards, and presentations

Attend project meetings and support on-site design coordination as needed

Thrive in a structured environment with clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Manage a consistent, fast-paced workload with attention to detail and follow-through
