Senior User Experience Researcher
role, you’ll support research initiatives that guide the development of intuitive, effective product experiences. You’ll partner with product designers, product managers, and engineers to conduct research that informs decisions across the product development lifecycle. Use your analytical mindset, communication skills, and curiosity to generate actionable insights that improve outcomes for users and the business. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of UX Research and will be based in our Austin, TX office.

What you’ll do:
Conduct evaluative and generative user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
Collaborate with product teams to identify research opportunities and align on goals and timelines
Plan, recruit for, and execute research studies such as usability tests, interviews, concept testing, and surveys
Analyze and synthesize findings to identify patterns, user needs, and pain points
Present insights and recommendations in a clear and engaging manner to cross-functional teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of research practices and team resources
Support the democratization of research by advising and empowering non-researchers to use research methods responsibly
Work under the guidance of more senior researchers to build your skills and domain knowledge
What we’re looking for:
5 + years of experience conducting user research in a product development context, including internships or academic work
Familiarity with core research methods such as usability testing, user interviews, and surveys
Basic proficiency with research tools like UserTesting, Qualtrics, or Figma
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to receive and incorporate feedback
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information Base Pay Range:
140,960.00 - 193,820.00 USD Annual For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) Candidates:
