Responsibilities
Develop print and digital assets including flyers, brochures, presentations, trade show materials, branded email templates, web and social graphics, school-level resources, and educational materials.
Translate marketing objectives and business requirements into clear, engaging visual solutions, applying strong layout, typography, hierarchy, and color theory principles.
Own visual execution for assigned projects, from concept through production, ensuring files meet brand, technical, and production standards.
Partner with Brand Managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand goals, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality assets on time.
Collaborate with the Art Director, Creative Director, and agency partners to develop brand campaigns, videos, and integrated creative initiatives.
Manage external creative support, including freelance designers and approved agencies, ensuring work aligns with brand guidelines and quality expectations.
Uphold brand standards and steward creative consistency, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen the overall visual identity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience (with a marketing/advertising agency preferred)
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Final Cut are a plus
Experience with motion design, video editing, illustration, videography, and photography are a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Ability to tackle projects and make decisions with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to interpret and respond to feedback
Ability to manage time and competing priorities while delivering service excellence
Verbal and written communication skills
