Overview The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, results‑driven manager who will own and execute customer lifecycle campaigns. This role will manage email marketing, collaborate on communication governance, and lead client retention, product adoption, upsell, and seasonal initiatives such as open enrollment and year‑end readiness. The manager will work closely with Business Units, Customer Experience teams, and Client Sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end customer marketing email strategy and execution while serving as a key gatekeeper for communication governance.
Develop and optimize customer‑first campaigns that support client upsell and product adoption in collaboration with Customer Experience, Client Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Units.
Build client retention campaigns that increase customer lifetime value by partnering closely with stakeholders to understand segments and pain points.
Assist with key seasonal campaigns such as open enrollment and year‑end readiness to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support advocacy initiatives including customer events and case study promotion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or related roles.
Compensation The starting base pay range is $73,130.40 – $135,813.60 annually. This range is base pay only and does not include additional components of the total rewards package.
