Lead creative direction for key CRM campaigns and always‑on email programs

Build modular email systems that scale across audiences, lifecycle stages, and brands

Stay on top of industry trends, ESP platform updates, and evolving email standards

What you bring

5–7+ years designing for email — ideally in a fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn environment

A strong portfolio showing direct response thinking, CTA clarity, and layout intelligence

Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and email‑focused tools like Stripo or Litmus

Working knowledge of email HTML/CSS constraints (you don’t need to code, but you design with code in mind)

Experience working with CRM strategists, developers, and marketing teams

Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization

Comfort working with ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
