SENIOR DESIGNER – Performance Creative + Digital Design
Location: Austin, TX
Responsibilities
Design Performance - Driven Ads - Create scroll-stopping ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Applovin and other platforms.
Email Design – Design Klaviyo emails, automations, flows, and newsletters that actually convert.
Maintain Brand Consistency – Own and evolve the Sweetflexx visual identity across platforms.
A/B Testing & Iteration – Work with the CEO, Art Director, Email and Paid Media Strategist to test variations, analyze data, and refine your designs to perform better over time.
Misc Design Needs – Tackle website graphics, social visuals, packaging tweaks, and more.
Stay Sharp – Keep up with design, email, and ad trends so we’re always one step ahead.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in graphic design for D2C eCommerce brands or agencies
Fluency in Klaviyo email design
Proven work with Meta/Instagram ad creatives
Familiarity with TikTok ad formatting and trends
Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite
A strong performance-focused portfolio
Comfort in a fast-paced, data-informed environment
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Copywriting skills are a HUGE plus.
Worked with fashion, wellness, or fitness brands
Experience designing landing pages and optimizing conversions
Direct response marketing experience or familiarity with ad copywriting
