Who You Are Justworks is seeking a
Senior Manager of Performance Marketing
to lead our digital acquisition engine across Paid Search, SEO/AEO, Affiliates, and emerging high‑intent channels. In this role, you will set the strategic direction, scale channel execution, and deliver measurable impact on pipeline creation, CAC efficiency, and overall marketing ROI. You will manage a team of channel experts and collaborate closely with Analytics, Sales, Finance, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to drive growth and ensure performance marketing initiatives align with core business and financial priorities. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and executional depth, thrives in an experimentation‑driven environment, and is energized by delivering meaningful business results. This is a high‑impact role requiring strong analytical rigor, deep performance marketing expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and investment decisions.
What You Will Work On
Own the holistic strategy across Paid Search, SEO/AEO, Affiliate, and emerging high‑intent channels, ensuring strategic alignment with pipeline growth and CAC targets.
Define channel objectives with clear KPIs, measurement frameworks, and efficiency goals to guide strategic decision‑making.
Lead annual and quarterly investment planning, budgeting, and forecasting; allocate and optimize spend to maximize ROI and improve CAC.
Strengthen analytics and measurement practices by partnering with Analytics and Finance to connect marketing investment to pipeline generation, revenue impact, and overall ROI.
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure best‑in‑class tracking, targeting infrastructure, lead flow, and data quality.
Develop and manage a high‑performing team of channel experts, elevating strategic thinking and operational excellence.
Identify, test, and scale new channels and technologies (e.g., AEO, AI‑driven workflows, etc.) to expand reach and efficiency.
Collaborate with PMM, Integrated Marketing, Analytics, and Web Experience teams to enhance customer journeys and execute cohesive GTM programs.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with at least 3+ years managing a team of marketers.
Deep expertise in B2B SaaS acquisition marketing, including a strong understanding of full‑funnel dynamics and revenue impact.
Hands‑on experience leading major performance channels, including Paid Search, SEO/AEO, and Affiliate.
Proven success managing meaningful marketing budgets and driving measurable improvements in pipeline, CAC, ROI, and revenue efficiency.
Strong analytical rigor, with experience in attribution, experimentation, forecasting, and building frameworks to evaluate channel performance.
Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, influencing both strategic decisions and day‑to‑day optimizations.
Strong cross‑functional leadership skills with a track record of influencing business strategy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex performance insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
A test‑and‑learn mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong bias for continuous improvement.
Operational excellence and attention to detail, ensuring high‑quality tracking, targeting, and performance across all programs.
Compensation and Benefits The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $155,500–$178,825 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for locations other than New York may differ. This role is hybrid.
