BA Global Talent is seeking an on‑site Marketing Manager in Miami, FL to join a global company specializing in lifting and material‑handling solutions with operations in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and campaign management across e‑commerce platforms and B2B channels. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, design, and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support commercial objectives. SEO & Digital Marketing

Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart), Google Ads, and social media platforms. Monitor SEO performance and web traffic, updating product content and keywords to increase visibility and conversions. Analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights. Manage marketing strategies across the U.S., Chile, Colombia, and EU markets, ensuring brand alignment while adapting to regional needs. Content Creation & Management

Create and manage promotional content, including email campaigns (Mailchimp), product flyers, and social media posts. Collaborate with sales and graphic design teams to align marketing materials with commercial goals. Take ownership of all marketing communications, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery. Apply creativity, problem‑solving, and organizational skills to continuously elevate ads, sales strategies, and brand positioning. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in e‑commerce or B2B (experience in B2B industrial products or related industries is highly valued). Languages:

Strong English skills, both written and verbal. Spanish is strongly valued. Knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, German, or French is a plus. Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Experience running multi‑country marketing campaigns (U.S., LATAM, and EU). Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives from planning to execution. Strong communication and copywriting skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Highly creative, proactive, independent, and results‑driven professional. Experience coordinating with international teams across time zones. Experience in budget management and ROI optimization. Skilled in market research and competitive analysis. Collaborative team player with cross‑cultural awareness. Proficiency with creative/design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI platforms (ChatGPT, analytics, content generation). Must be based in Miami. Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. resident.
