MarCom Specialist

to join our team and lead our marketing communications initiatives in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and executing brand campaigns, managing digital platforms, and enhancing our local market presence to support the company's strategic growth objectives.

About the Role In this key role, you will be the core executor of our marketing communications efforts in the U.S. market. You will oversee the full cycle of local exhibitions, marketing campaigns, U.S. website and social media operations, and localized brand material coordination—ensuring consistent brand messaging and supporting business growth across the region.

Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and execute local industry exhibitions and events from research and planning to on‑site management and post‑event review. Oversee booth setup, vendor coordination, media relations, and post‑campaign analysis.

Digital Channel Management: Maintain and update the U.S. website, optimize user experience, and monitor performance. Manage local social media accounts, propose and implement engaging local content strategies.

Localized Content & Asset Coordination: Develop promotional materials tailored to the U.S. market, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance for various marketing channels.

Cross‑Regional Collaboration: Work closely with HQ and local sales teams to align activities with global strategy, share market insights, and support regional business objectives.

About You

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, International Business, or related fields.

Experience: 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles. Hands‑on experience in event execution, digital marketing, or social media management is a plus.

Solid project management skills, able to prioritize tasks, track timelines, and manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near‑native level), capable of engaging seamlessly in local business settings and global cross‑team collaboration. Chinese or any additional languages is a plus.

Strong team player with the ability to coordinate across local and HQ departments. Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Travel Requirements Occasional travel may be required to attend industry events, support local exhibitions, or participate in regional marketing meetings. Frequency will be aligned with campaign schedules and business needs.
