About the Role We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Huntington Beach, CA. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution, collaborating with development, IT, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of website updates, promotional campaigns, and e-commerce optimization initiatives.

Note: This is an on-site position only. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Website Management (Shopify)

Oversee all content and technical updates within the Shopify ecosystem, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Manage Shopify apps and third-party integrations for functionality, compatibility, and optimization.

Partner with developers, designers, and content teams to enhance UX, upload products, and implement site improvements.

Conduct QA testing before new feature or campaign launches.

Evaluate how site changes impact SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion tracking.

Maintain Right to Copy compliance, ensuring all on-site creative and copy adhere to copyright, licensing, and brand ownership standards.

Project Management & Execution

Lead variable e-commerce projects from concept through launch, adapting to shifting timelines or priorities.

Build detailed project plans using Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.

Ensure cross‑functional alignment across Marketing, IT, and Operations.

Track milestones and proactively remove roadblocks to maintain progress.

Report status updates, KPIs, and performance insights to senior leadership.

Serve as the central liaison between Marketing, Creative, Operations, Fulfillment, and Customer Service.

Ensure all campaigns, product launches, and promotions are correctly represented online and executed accurately.

Coordinate with internal departments to maintain smooth end-to-end project execution.

Reporting & Optimization

Monitor and report on Shopify performance metrics: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, site speed, and cart abandonment.

Identify and communicate areas for improvement.

Conduct post-launch analyses and develop recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven hands‑on experience with Shopify, including theme management, app integration, and troubleshooting.

3–5 years of successful experience managing employees or cross‑functional team members, including mentoring, performance oversight, and accountability management.

Proven track record in variable project management, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of web development workflows and D2C e-commerce operations.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, paid media, SEO, social).

Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, and Google Ads.

Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Comfortable presenting updates and insights to senior leadership.

Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or vendors.

Understanding of copyright and Right‑to‑Copy compliance for digital content.

Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery and videos daily, with the ability to handle, describe, and professionally discuss adult and sexual wellness products in a respectful, non‑judgmental, and compliant manner.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience.
