Marketing Coordinator

About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 1–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience to help support our fast‑growing startup. Ideal candidates will have worked in a marketing environment and be eager to own campaigns, social media, and content marketing, working closely with leadership to execute initiatives and build scalable marketing systems.
Campaign & Channel Execution Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns; manage creative assets, landing pages, tracking links, and reporting dashboards; ensure campaigns are delivered on time and optimized for performance.
Content & Website Management Maintain and update content using CMS tools; coordinate content from concept to syndication; support brand voice consistency and implement SEO/GEO best practices.
Social Media Coordination Manage posting schedules and produce social content; engage with audiences and respond to comments; coordinate creative process with internal teams.
Email & SMS Support Build and schedule lifecycle campaigns; maintain data cleanliness (list uploads, tagging, segmentation); monitor basic performance metrics.
Analytics & Reporting Pull weekly analytics across Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM, and social media; support tracking improvements (UTMs, tagging, dashboards); monitor affiliate metrics and trends.
Operations & Project Support Track projects to ensure timely, high‑quality output; maintain calendars, campaign trackers, and asset libraries; conduct competitive research and gather market intelligence; support occasional events, partnerships, and community initiatives; provide administrative support to the marketing team.
1–3 years of marketing experience (beyond entry level)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Clear, proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, startup environment
Experience with home‑services or subscription‑based marketing
Basic design or video editing experience
Knowledge of SEO, reputation, and listings management
Exposure to paid ads or performance marketing
Work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to high‑level strategy
Make an immediate impact on campaigns and processes
