What You’ll Be Doing: As a key member of our team reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you’ll lead content creation and communications strategy across multiple platforms, working closely with Development and Education teams. You’ll craft compelling stories and content for proposals, newsletters, social media, email, web, and video that highlight program impact, support fundraising, and maintain consistent brand messaging. You’ll also oversee digital platforms, optimize engagement, track performance through analytics, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You’re a strategic storyteller who thrives on collaboration and loves turning complex initiatives into clear, compelling messages. You can juggle multiple projects without losing your creative spark, and you’re passionate about mission-driven work that serves diverse communities.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

2+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, or philanthropic storytelling (student experience considered).

Proven ability to create high-quality written and visual content (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).

Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and nonprofit databases (e.g., Blackbaud, Raiser’s Edge, QGiv).

Flexibility to adapt, problem-solve, and support organizational goals.
