About the Role The Training Content Developer plays a critical role in designing and developing engaging training materials that support sales effectiveness and professional development. This role partners closely with leadership and trainers to create impactful learning content across multiple formats, including digital, video, audio, and print. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high‑quality course content and training materials, including facilitator and participant guides
Create professional presentations for use in training programs and workshops
Design lesson objectives, instructional strategies, delivery methods, and assessments
Document recommended delivery approaches to ensure consistent training execution
Develop learning content using multiple formats such as video, audio, web‑based tools, and printed materials
Collaborate with trainers, leadership, and internal stakeholders to align content with business goals
Provide weekly status reports outlining planned, in‑progress, completed, and unplanned tasks
Identify risks to timelines or deliverables and proactively communicate adjustments as needed
Participate in and present during management and planning meetings
Continuously refine training content based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in training, education, instructional design, or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and content organization
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Comfortable collaborating across teams and presenting to leadership
