We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Photoshoot Producer

to oversee and manage the execution of our brand photoshoots. This role ensures that every photoshoot is professionally organized, well-prepared, and aligned with the creative direction of our company. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and able to make on-the-spot decisions to maintain high quality results.

Essential Functions

Pre-Shoot Preparation

Develop and prepare detailed shot lists in advance of each photoshoot.

Coordinate with internal team to approve models that match age and diversity needs.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all props, products, and materials are ready and available. This may include prep of products by appropriate means.

Pick up and transport products from the warehouse to shoot locations.

Arrange for covers to be spray painted or otherwise prepared to minimize glare.

Prepare course-related activities, materials, or displays that will be part of the shoot.

On-Site Coordination

Attend photoshoots and oversee the direction to ensure brand vision and standards are met.

Ensure all participants (photographers, models, staff, etc.) maintain professionalism throughout the shoot.

Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected issues on-site, including making judgment calls on whether to continue, adjust, or cancel a shoot.

Post-Shoot Support

Return props and products as needed, to Lehi Warehouse.

Provide feedback on shoot outcomes and areas for improvement.

Maintain an organized inventory of spray painted curriculum for use in future photoshoots.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of The Good and the Beautiful curriculum and how it is intended to be used.

Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide and coordinate team members on site at shoots.

Problem‑solving mindset with confidence to make decisions under pressure.

Reliable transportation for product pickup and delivery.

Previous experience in event coordination, production, or creative project management is a plus.

Excellent work record in previous employment.

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience in Photography, Visual Arts, Communications or a related field.

Supervisory Responsibility This position supervises marketing photographers and photoshoot manager.

Position Details This is a hybrid position that works in a home office setting as well as on location in Utah county for 2–4 photoshoots each month. The employee will also need to travel to the warehouse in Lehi, Utah to pick up products or materials in preparation for photoshoots.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, sit and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are flexible between Monday and Saturday. Hours: Up to 12 hours per week when a shoot is scheduled that week. Most months include 2 shoots, but some may have up to 4. Hours vary from approximately 15–40 hours per month.
