Responsibilities Responsible for following up on sales leads out in the field closing at or above company expectations on those leads. Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain services. Builds and maintains good customer relationships through consistently ethical behavior and excellent communication skills. This position is not eligible to take incoming leads.
Perks
Part‑time 14.00 hour starting up to $15.00 plus commission.
Essential Functions
Responsible for running sales leads, explaining services and warranties, and closing at the expected rate while building lasting relationships.
Self generates leads when qualified leads are not provided by HomeTeam Pest Defense.
Generates an expected amount of revenue per week, as defined in branch sales goals.
Plans daily to maximize the number of leads worked.
Meets with all assigned prospects via door knocking each day.
Completes all HomeTeam assigned training.
Follows up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain services and warranties.
Provides appropriate paperwork to support all sales. Paperwork is complete, timely, neat, legible, and accurate.
Maintains good customer relationships.
Maintains relationship with Builder Personnel and communicates any updates and/or changes.
Restocks sales vehicle to ensure all necessary marketing agreements and POS are available for daily use.
Presents a professional image to the customer through clean uniform and proper self‑hygiene.

Qualifications No experience required – training will be provided!
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
