In this role, you will oversee multiple high‑end residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and uphold the studio’s standard of exceptional, forward‑thinking design.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects through the full design scope, from initial concept to final delivery, with a focus on high‑end residential and hospitality interiors
Drive the development of innovative concepts and design solutions that reflect the studio’s creative vision
Translate client goals and feedback into cohesive, elevated design outcomes
Stay ahead of design trends, material innovations, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies
Oversee project execution across all phases, ensuring design integrity, timely delivery, and budget compliance
Strategically manage team resources, balancing workloads and optimizing project efficiency
Ensure the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and consistency across all project deliverables
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client pitches, communicating design intent with clarity and confidence
Mentor and inspire team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of collaboration
Lead regular studio and project meetings to maintain alignment on priorities, goals, and project milestones
Key Skills / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline from an accredited program
12+ years of professional experience delivering luxury residential and hospitality interiors
Deep expertise in FF&E design, material specification, and construction documentation
Exceptional client‑facing skills, including presentations, design storytelling, and relationship management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and design/project management software
Proven leadership, mentoring, and team‑building experience with a track record of developing high‑performing teams
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously
Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for client engagement and project oversight
