InvitedHome is growing our Marketing Team!
As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you are driven by performance, optimization, and delivering measurable revenue impact within a luxury hospitality environment. You will be responsible for executing growth-focused marketing initiatives that increase engagement across our website and vacation rental listings, drive qualified demand, and optimize the guest journey from first touch through repeat stay.
This role is centered on the
back-end of growth marketing —listing optimization, digital performance, CRM integrity, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion—rather than visual design. You will partner closely with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our digital presence, data, and systems support a seamless, elevated luxury guest experience.
You are analytical, highly organized, and action-oriented, with a strong understanding of how digital touch-points influence booking behavior in a premium travel environment. While primarily based in our Park City Destination there will be occasional travel to our other mountain destinations in Telluride, Vail, Beaver Creek and Breckenridge.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth across owned and third-party channels by optimizing company websites and luxury vacation rental listings on OTAs to increase traffic, engagement, and bookings
Continuously refine property and destination listings using performance-driven copy, seasonal storytelling, SEO, and conversion best practices aligned with a luxury brand voice
Execute and optimize digital growth initiatives that generate qualified demand across website, OTA, email, and paid/organic channels
Own execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns that guide guests through the booking funnel and encourage loyalty and repeat stays
Maintain CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Brevo, property management software) to ensure accurate lead capture, segmentation, and attribution
Partner with revenue and leadership teams to monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and support pricing, promotion, and demand strategies
Support guest communications, including per-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay messaging, ensuring a polished, personalized, and on-brand luxury experience
Coordinate with content and operations teams to ensure marketing assets are properly organized, deployed, and aligned across channels
Support destination photo shoots and content initiatives with a focus on asset readiness, consistency, and performance usage
Test, learn, and iterate on new growth strategies in response to evolving guest behavior, platforms, and technology
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; focus in marketing, business, or communications preferred
2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, search engine optimization, digital marketing, or marketing operations—hospitality, travel, or luxury brands strongly preferred
Experience managing websites, OTAs, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms
Experience with G4 GoogleAnalytics
Experience with GoogleAds and other paid search / ads / YouTube ads; social / Meta ads / Meta Business suite
Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a small, agile team
Strong understanding of conversion optimization, guest lifecycle marketing, and data accuracy
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing multiple systems
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
Self-starter with a bias toward experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
Curious, adaptable learner who embraces new tools, platforms, and technologies
