Our Field Team is comprised of Coaches and Guides who establish connections with members and create inclusive in‑person communities at our Studio locations. They inspire our members to develop healthy habits by teaching them how to eat healthier while still enjoying their favorite foods, move more, sleep better, and shift their mindset, all while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
What You Will Do
Deliver an exceptional studio experience by creating a welcoming environment for members, including check‑ins, enrolling and processing members in the system.
Build strong connections in the community by seeking opportunities to build on‑brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness while representing WW at internal and external community events.
Focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships with members and providing them the support, tools, or products they need to be successful.
Ensure guidelines are followed for each workshop and maintain the studio, including stocking shelves with products.
Who You Are
Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
Excellent at active listening to provide members with assistance.
Social media savvy or content creator.
Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory.
Interested in a flexible, part‑time schedule.
Base salary may vary depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
US Pay Range: $15 - $18 USD
