Responsibilities
To work with and under instruction from the Design team management
Have the ability to work as a team player
Show willing to learn new systems and procedures
Organising time with the Design manager for allocated jobs
Have the capability to deal with challenges that may be on sites and adopt the right attitude to overcome obstacles in a correct manner
To act as a company ambassador, you must be smart in appearance, pleasant in attitude, and capable of communicating diplomatically to strengthen customer relations
Be available to work away from home and offer overtime support if required
Have the knowledge of sprinkler systems with the ability to design a system from site survey to as-built
Find creative design solutions to problems
Create & manage distribution systems and terminology knowledge
Any other duties commensurate with the role
Person Specification Qualifications
Essential: LPCB Basic
Desirable: LPCB Intermediate
Desirable: LPCB - FHC
Essential: Clean UK Driving Licence
Essential: CSCS
Experience
Essential: AutoCAD
Desirable: Revit/BIM
Essential: Canute - FHC
Skills / Abilities
Essential: Excellent customer service skills
Essential: Professional telephone manner
Essential: Excellent oral and written communication skills
Essential: Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
Essential: Competent using AutoCAD & Canute FHC
Desirable: BIM / Revit modelling
Essential: Ability to confidently deal with difficult and stressful situations
Essential: Ability to maintain accurate records
Essential: Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team
Essential: Ability to communicate effectively with staff at varying levels throughout the company
