We bring creativity, organization, and exceptional customer service to every event we host. We are growing and looking for a detail‑oriented Event Planner to join our team in San Antonio. Position Overview
The Event Planner will coordinate and manage private events from initial inquiry through execution. This role involves communicating with clients, planning event logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal staff, and ensuring each event runs smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities
Create detailed event plans, timelines, layouts, and service schedules Coordinate with catering, kitchen, bar staff, and support teams Arrange décor, rentals, equipment, and staffing as needed Conduct venue walkthroughs and oversee event setup Ensure all elements of the event are executed according to plan Serve as the primary point of contact during events Manage last‑minute changes and troubleshoot issues promptly Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or related roles preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines Professional appearance and customer‑service focus Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Valid driver's license preferred for site visits Schedule & Compensation
Employment Type: Full‑time Schedule: Primarily Monday‑Friday for planning and client communication Compensation: $48,000 – $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
