We are seeking an outgoing and reliable
Entry Level Outside Field Marketing Representative
to schedule hurricane‑resistant window and door replacements, and roofing appointments with homeowners.
Transportation is provided to local and surrounding areas.
No experience is necessary – paid training (classroom and in‑field) is supplied.
Career advancement is possible in the first 90 days.
Compensation & Incentives
Annual base salary of $55,000+ with full benefits.
Sign‑On Bonus up to $2,000.
Hourly rate paid weekly.
Tiered bonus structure paid weekly.
Referral bonus up to $1,600.

Responsibilities
Generate pre‑qualified leads by driving brand awareness through face‑to‑face marketing.
Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
Schedule inspections with homeowners.
Qualifications
Preferred: face‑to‑face marketing experience.
Industry and product knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Confident, competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Results‑oriented professional who can create a track record of success and wants to grow in the industry.
