Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer to create and refine content used in workflows, training data, and scenario-based evaluations for large language models (LLMs). You will help build realistic content samples, review AI-generated outputs, and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
Create and edit content across formats such as articles, guides, workflows, and scenarios.
Recreate real-world content workflows for AI evaluation.
Review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
Provide feedback and annotations to support LLM improvement.
Collaborate with product and AI teams to align content with operational needs.
Required Qualifications
2+ years experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Technical Writer.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content gaps or inconsistencies.
Familiarity with documentation or workflow tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, Jira).
