What You'll Do
Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing strategy, and customer engagement through guided mentorship and in-field training.
Represent well-known brands across retail and promotional campaigns.
Build strong customer relationships while delivering impactful product presentations.
Collaborate with team leaders to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
Participate in
daily morning meetings
at our Kalamazoo corporate office, followed by assignments at
partner retail locations .
Gain valuable leadership, communication, and management skills as you progress.
What We Offer
Competitive base pay
($14–$18/hr)
or
commission — whichever is higher .
Uncapped commission structure
with performance-based incentives.
