Responsibilities
Assist in executing and evolving our brand strategy across all platforms and customer touchpoints. Help plan and implement marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and partnerships. Monitor campaign performance and contribute to data analysis, reporting, and optimization. Assist in preparation for trade shows and attend trade shows if needed. Responsible for website maintenance and design updates to ensure functionality, brand consistency, and positive user experience. Support the creation and scheduling of content, including product launches, promotions, and newsletters. Bring fresh ideas for growth, engagement, and innovation in both digital and traditional marketing channels. Strong focus and attention to detail across all brand visuals and messaging to ensure quality and consistency. Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the firearms, outdoor, or sporting goods industry. Understanding of brand development and digital marketing best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of organization and diligence. Basic familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, design software, etc.). Self-starter who works well in a team-focused and fast-paced environment. Passion for the industry and a solid understanding of its culture, language, and customer base. Preferred
Preferred experience with photo/video production, content creation, or graphic design.
