Job Overview As the Sr. Manager, Partnerships, you will be part of an innovative, fast‑paced team dedicated to creating engaging experiences that reflect a variety of client brand values. You will ideate, plan, and execute influencer/creator marketing strategies and complementary 360‑campaign strategies to expand brand awareness and drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Collaborating cross‑functionally across Social Media, Performance Marketing, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC, you will contribute an in-depth understanding of the influencer/creator landscape and effective creator‑first content. You will lead big‑picture strategic thinking focused on business and brand‑awareness drivers, using data‑first approaches and analytics to inform decision‑making. You will report to the Sr. Director, Digital Growth.
Responsibilities
Architect and oversee paid and organic influencer/creator marketing strategy for key accounts, supporting brand tentpoles and priority retailer moments.
Manage partnership programming across clients, owning talent sourcing, contracts, negotiations, content briefing, and final delivery.
Drive accelerated growth and brand advocacy through influencer initiatives, setting and tracking KPIs with data‑informed strategy.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Translate brand priorities into compelling campaigns that inspire action.
Lead creative concepting for always‑on and tentpole initiatives, writing briefs and collaborating with creators for authentic, native content.
Continuously evolve influencer creative approach aligned with broader marketing strategy.
Utilize analytics platforms and competitive research to share insights and trends for data‑driven strategies.
Partner with brand and media AORs, PR partners, and internal teams to champion partnership programming within integrated campaigns.
Establish and maintain creative guidelines protecting brand integrity.
Review and approve influencer creative ensuring alignment with brand standards and legal compliance.
Use analytics and testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and inform media decisions.
Develop standards and best practices to scale across marketing and channel platforms.
Manage direct reports and oversee day‑to‑day execution of campaigns.
Work with business development to develop case studies, white papers, and other new client materials.
Build relationships with talent agencies, representatives, and platform partners (e.g., Creator IQ).
Drive optimization and growth of internal partnership networks.
Requirements
5–6 years of agency experience in communications, influencer/creator marketing, PR, or related roles.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Expert problem‑solving, prioritization, and decision‑making capabilities.
Leadership experience guiding and communicating with peers and team members.
Experience managing director reports.
Strong relationship‑building with clients and prospects.
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growing current client relationships and new business.
Innovative thinker proficient in relevant platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ).
Excellent self‑drive, motivation, and emotional management.
